The concept behind Cured is rather simple, we wanted to re-create the finest Italian Sandwiches and bring them to North London.​  We make all our focaccia style bread from scratch, daily, and partner it with the freshest ingredients to bring you

We are located two doors down from our family business, Kiss The Koala, a concept we created back in 2020 which is inspired by the Australian brunch scene. Lucky for you, you have both of these destinations in one location on Priory Road (163 & 167).
